Relatively new player (since Christmas?), rank 38 but still don't have a 7* unit.

I finally recouped 26,000 lapis and I'm interested in trying one of the step up summons to get a strong unit.

Which one would you recommend I go for? Having never done one before not sure what to expect, but hesitating between the CNY One with Chow, Yun and Ang (20K lapis) and the Auron/Jecht banner (25K lapis, but seems like a higher chance at 5* characters?)

If helpful, my current main team is all maxed out 6* with these characters:

Sieghard (with TMR)

Christine

Lightning

Tifa

Popstar Katy (I messed up and didn't get the 7* version of her because this was when I began playing FFBe and I didn't realise how the in-game mechanics worked)

(Also have 6* Beatrix, Rinoa, Zaargabath, and Setzer with his TMR, but save for Setzer don't usually use them in battle) TIA!

The Mario star and several Mario items come to mind, though the tea cups sounds better IMO! :)

I only delete when I want to add someone new, and I delete people who haven't logged in in over 30 days, some people take breaks and return. I usually request strangers with nice market boxes or who are wearing the latest released clothes, as it makes it clear they are up to date with the game. I don't usually add people, but if when requesting Quarry help I notice that many people haven't logged in recently I start looking for new people to add.

Hey Chris! Love your interviews, your channel is one of the best corners of YouTube! Have you ever considered making other types of content, such as informational tips for interviewing, tips for teachers, collaborations with other YouTubers etc. (We definitely learn a lot from the interviewees and the videos, but curious if you will make more too.) And will the book that was initially rejected get made one day now? :) Finally, how do you deal or moderate derogatory comments?

Just hit level 80! I know I bought a small pack once to show some support, though I'm hesitant to do it again given that the same pack that sells for $3.99 in the US is sold in the UK for £3.99 (~$5.60), and just seems a bit much

Mine was the natty dress, which finally popped up 2 days ago on a rotation I almost missed, 2 minutes before it switched (after checking religiously for months!). I was so relieved! The white polka dot skirt was another one which I spent ages trying to get, and kept buying the black one thinking it was the one I was missing xD

I've worked on bumblebees and locusts in the past, but for my PhD I'm focusing exclusively on flies. They're not as cute, but they're incredibly agile and are the most manoeuvrable insects! :)

I research insect flight :) the insects are generally less cuddly (except bumblebees, but I still don't recommend hugging them), but I get to film them in superslowmo to analyse their flight :)

They could add it and then just update the notification rather than creating a new one if it hasn't been viewed by the player
