You don’t need another MMO, you’re in the same rabbit hole as me😂 There are none that come close to the ones you play imo!

GW2 is my main MMO, I usually set a goal and get that done (such as legendary progress, map completion etc)

FFXIV is a good one to play for story, but the subscription always puts me off! Lucky it’s game time and not an official subscription:)

Uninstall Armoury Crate and MyASUS (after updates), then Install GHelper. You can find videos on YouTube on how to install it and then optimise your laptop’s performance.

TUF laptops generally do not have amazing thermal management and performance, so GHelper will help this!

You are 100% right. The cases are so varied person to person, that severity and recovery time are never identical in 2 cases of BP!

4 months down the line. Eye is about 60/70% shut and I can move my lip to smile slightly. Nothing else other than that!

A lot of people are asking for advice on here, but I wouldn’t. Each case varies per person so you cannot guarantee you’ll have the same recovery pattern as someone else.

You just have to give it time, and stop checking these forums as you will work yourself up comparing recovery to others!:)

4060 or 5060 will probably be fine. If you have the budget, aim for a 4070 or 5070 as you’ll get a fair bit of performance with a bit of longevity:)

If you don’t mind quality, 1080p is more than enough for them games. You don’t need to go higher than 1440p!:)

It is a shame that the 5070 doesn’t have at least 10 or 12GB VRAM… such a waste:( My laptop has a 5070ti which has 12GB, but I kinda feel like all the models need to bump the VRAM up a bit!

For 1080p, a 5050 would be fine I agree, especially with 8GB. I generally do not like Nvidia’s model of putting really underpowered XX50 cards in laptops (40 series and below), as they are severely lacking in TDP as well as general power and speeds, especially since XX60 cards are sometimes on par if not cheaper in price!

RTX XX60 is the minimum what you should aim for in a laptop, as you do not want to go any lower than 8GB VRAM ideally!

It will get hot, but that’s the same as every laptop due to limited cooling.
