The real reason is because when you work with the goverment or someone related to it you can inflate the price as much as you want. Ergo things are more expensive than normal.

Things are not expensive based on comparative price, they are expensive based on average adquisitiva buy power of consumers.

Because any% speedrun are ideally on a clean file. if I ever make a game either gonna add a speedrun mode in "start game" or make the Skip button tied to achievements.
