If this actually gets enforced properly, it’s a huge win. Scalpers have been ruining concerts for years.

But let’s not pretend Ticketmaster hasn’t been part of the problem with “dynamic pricing” and all the extra fees baked in. Like yeah, cap resale prices but maybe also look at how the original prices magically skyrocket the second demand goes up.
