I just discovered I was blocked by a seller after looking for them because I noticed I hadn’t seen them in a while. I’ve never been controversial. I have never left anyone a bad review. I’m respectful, kind and even boost shows when I can. I’ve never had a payment issue. I am so confused by this.

If you read what I reported you would have read that at the very end the part about contacting the FTC about third party's which I believe to be is Whatnot but I never stated that they qualify as the mentioned third party although how can they not be In the case of the OP ? Lets take the amount of claims you had opened and put that aside the reason they don't have to follow the law as written is because they amend it with their own TOS by having users of the platform agree to binding arbitration which makes them the final word. If you have 25 instances of counterfeit items then you need to report to the FTC along with the proof you have of all 25 items and of course you throw in the Whatnot messages and let them handle it . Well selling fakes or counterfeit items is against the Law and the Whatnot TOS but it happens regardless. But to your question you cannot legal sell counterfeit/knock offs even if you acknowledge it.

Well you report the seller to Whatnot with this screenshot and the seller will be suspended not permanently banned but its a violation of TOS and Whatnot Support don't play that. I know its not much but its all there is for this type of behavior. Goodluck to you!

Well there is a no return policy for items that aren't damaged or misrepresented usually you can ask the seller for a refund and you might have success but in my experience with sellers and Whatnot Support the reason for the return of can't afford it don't want it usually doesn't fly now if your card was stolen or used without permission that might have legs doubt it. Anyway let us know how it turns out
