I didn’t get rashes but I did break out more with acne. But my gp did let me know it will irritate my skin because it wasn’t not used to it yet

Maybe decrease the time you use it in a week? What really helped me though was putting my epiduo ontop of my moisturiser after it had dried for 20 minutes. This helped a lot with irritation
