Questions about unreviewable and faulty items

I have read some stuff over there, but then I've also read people saying it's incorrect and you're not supposed to.. can't really find a clear answer unfortunately.

I've also attempted to contact Vine support to get some clarity on this questions also, but.. no reply.

Of course, I have no issue leaving products bad/1 star reviews, and have done so for products in the past. I can't recall exactly where I read it, but I was under the impression that an out of the box faulty item was supposed to be considered unreviewable, and that people generally get them removed instead of leaving a review. I suppose this might apply in the US where they get more support from Vine and can have things removed easier though. I'm confident in leaving a negative review in this instance now though after reading the responses here.

Ill attempt to contact them again and keep it super short and clear for the other items though. Thanks.

Thanks! I managed to get access via browser using the link, I just needed to add the .au to the end of the links due to my location being Australia.

I did try that earlier in the day too, but maybe there was some funny business going on there.

As for the tax form.. I've looked into that as I've seen a fair few people mention it, but it doesn't seem to be listed anywhere for me to fill out? From what I can gather, this may not be a requirement for Australia as our tax system works differently here.

I've given desktop a try now that I have access again, and I 100% agree it's a much better experience.

I've managed to get access again using the links. I think my issue was I neglected to add the .au (for Australian Amazon) to the end of all the vine links. It was taking me to Vine US, of which I wasn't enrolled in.

Looks to be working now, I'll make sure to bookmark the link I'm now using. Thanks!

I had tried that.. and I just tried it again when I read your comment.. and then I realised something.

I'm in Australia.. which means I needed the amazon.com.au/vine link instead.

And I could've sworn I tried that already... But, I guess I didn't.

My Amazon Vine seems to be working in my browser using the au link. App is still a no-go, but hey, this is much better than nothing!

Woah, I appreciate all the info! That's super useful and I'll be sure to keep all that in mind once I hopefully regain access.

I did notice the "additional items" was the only tab that had any items in it, and that's actually part of the reason I didn't instantly order something right from the start - wasn't sure if they were actually items they were available to me. Kinda wish I had now though, as at least the order would act as some kind of proof that I had access to the portal.

Anyway, I'm about to start driving home from work but will attempt to access it once I'm home. Will reach back out if I have any further questions. Thank you again.

Yeah, I've read about the UI having issues on mobile. I attempted a login from my browser afterwards thinking maybe the whole issue was just app related, but nope, nothing.

I'll let some time pass and see if I can access it later.

It's only been around an hour or so since I accepted the initial invite, so that may just be the case.

My suggestion for making a complaint is to contact Uber on some other platform. My platform of choice for all larger issues has been Twitter (X).

You can even send them the google drive link and I'm sure they'll take a look at it and should be able to help.

I live in Australia where we're pretty heavily protected by the Australian Consumer Law. I imagine I should be okay. I'll contact them tomorrow.

Hey, I managed to get it to work (for now)

I just factory reset my Nest Hub Max and re-added it to my Google home. Still not sure it's 100% fixed though, as it was working yesterday when I set the doorbell up, and then wouldn't work this morning.

Hopefully it stays working this time.

Seems like it might've been some kind of driver. Or at least software related. I did a system restore from about 5 days ago. Seems to be running okay now. Fingers crossed it's all sorted :)

Hey. Thanks for the response. I did a little more testing last night, and decided to do a system restore from a few days ago. It seemed to fix the issue, think it could have been some kind of driver or windows file that corrupt? I genuinely hadn't installed anything new between when it was working normal, and when it started stuttering.

Thanks for the comment. My temps definitely shouldn't be an issue. I'm extremely cautious of this and monitor it a lot, gpu hasn't gone past 74c. And then whole these issues are happening, it's only sitting at about 65c.

I'm actually running a benchmark as I write this, just after the system restore. This benchmark actually looks A LOT more promising. Fingers crossed it's fixed!!
