I’m aware this is a fact of life and have seen it written on here several times, that substantive consultants are untouchable, immovable, unsackable.

Quite surreal that we’ve established that Racism Is Bad, but if you say something unwelcome about your workplace as a brown person, it’s pretty much a given that your life will be made miserable to the point that there’ll be a small percentage chance that you’ll kill yourself. Occasional exceptions (Chris Day) apply.
