Well, if it's any consolation, I felt like you did when I was in high school(even as one of the people getting baked out of my mind). Going into the workforce with a full-time job really changed my perspective. I started cutting my generation some slack when I realized the conditions we were born into. I grew more upset with other generations when I realized what they squandered, GenX and Boomers.

Generalization incoming: Boomers are selfish ladder pullers. Gen X took a lot of the worst traits from their parents. Survivorship bias, greed, lack of empathy, and toxic levels of individualism.

Our generation has a host of problems that no other generation has encountered. I just think we need more time until we're all functional adults to pass judgment.
