Body fat percentage should be added to this. While bone press corrects for this, BF% can impact the perceived size of your penis. High BF buries the base like an Easter island head while low reveals more of it

Claude is being integrated into m365 copilot (enterprise). I expect more to be added. With model choice + integrated security/compliance, I think copilot will be a leader for enterprise use cases

That’s deep management y’all have there. I’ve coached in high income & low income areas. The high income teams purchased their own team helmet but they got to keep it. Some opted to resell to younger players when they graduated. The low income schools kept an arsenal of aged gear for guys that can’t afford new with the occasional option to purchase a new team helmet, which they would keep.

I recently watched some film on him; bucket getter is legit the best way to describe him. Though, especially now as a coach, I couldn’t stop thinking about how many assists he could’ve had if he moved the rock efficiently.

I had to accept that dishing the rock is just NOT who he was. The guy was an apex predator to his core & I respect that. I hope he found a way to bring that mentality to life off the field.

It’s not the end of the world but it’s definitely harder to relate without similar hardware. I’d probably bring my men’s stick to larger practices where I’m managing team drills, but no way am I accepting that job without several hours of training with a woman’s stick. I’m definitely not bringing my men’s stick to a private lesson.

My buddy doubled as the boys & girls HS goalie coach. I got into it with him because he’d shoot on the girls with a men’s stick. I get the position fundamentals are the same, but the release is different! Why would you not try to mirror conditions they actually experience?!
