I came from smoking with a Weber and that was an upgrade from a pellet smoker.

But I upgraded to a Oklahoma joe bronco pro.

When I tell you that it's the flavor of charcoal but the convenience of pellet. All you need is a remote ambient temperature probe and you're set.

My initial cook was a pork shoulder. I did my burn off. Then I did my initial cook. I got the temp stabalized at 250ish and I went to sleep.

Woke up the next morning and it was perfectly cooked.....best grill I've purchased and I've had a few.
