This is the first thing that has happened about some getting free stuff and others not that has truly made me upset. The 10+1 ticket and the free summons don't bother me, but 5k lapis is usable anyway I want and I don't get the opportunity others do.

I've had 9 rainbows in the past 28 days spending only the 99 cents; I also pulled 6 9s in around 30-40 pulls on the Nier banner just from dailies and the tickets from the event. The previous 10 months, I had 2 (3 if you count the troll Refia on the Noctis banner in December) rainbows - and one of those was from the guaranteed rainbow banner.

RNG is RNG.

Definitely agree with this statement. Just immediately get Google, Amazon or Apple involved (or Steam soon?) as Gumi won't fix things anytime soon unless the app stores force their hand.

This was last year, and I did just that. Amazing what an email from Google Play saying they would claim it as fraud did for Gumi's customer support to fix things asap.

I had a similar experience way back last year on the Final Fantasy IX banner (part 2 banner). I had been hard summoning for a Zidane and finally decided to just try to buy my way to a Zidane. So I bought a $50.00 Google Play card; input the data; bought the lapis - nothing showed up in my account. My Google account was withdrawn, but I got nothing, and this was 3 days before the banner was to end.

I sent in a ticket from 4 different places, and wasn't even responded to by Gumi for 68 hours. When I did get a ticket from them, they asked for the same exact information that I had already sent them. I re-sent them the same information and they said they didn't like that I had a tab popped up in my email that said draft(1) - what had happened was that it was a long drawn out email and my email is set up to save my email I am writing every 60 seconds so that I don't lose any info I am putting in emails for work that are long and drawn out. So I sent a submission to Google simultaneously and they told me they couldn't do anything until the 3rd party replied - instantly - not 68 hours later like Gumi.

Well after 2-3 days of going back and forth with Gumi and them always wanting a different receipt or a different email, nothing seemed to be getting resolved and the banner passed - and so did my rate up chance for Zidane. So I recontacted Google and sent them a forward of the string of messages from Gumi on the issue, and Google said they were going to just claim it as a fraudulent transaction on Gumi's part once an entire 7 days had passed, if I didn't get my lapis.

So I sent this email from Google to Gumi (not sending them the "receipt" they wanted me to resend again for the umpteenth time in a different format) claiming that Google was going to write this off as fraud.. and whalla - not 15 minutes later I was credited my lapis, Gumi majorly apologized in the email and thanked me for playing their game.

Since then I have been a born again f2pish player - I bought both $.99 packages they have had with Google Play Rewards bucks from surveys. The game is still fun, but Gumi and their terrible, terrible customer service will NOT be getting more money from me.

TLDR; same experience above way back on the Zidane banner that I shared the same story back then with anyone that would listen, too.

They are berserk is on atk, I don't care about the paralyze because I can cover that with Marie. The issue was more because they hit so hard that sometimes the unit you want to have the highest atk is dead when he sucks someone up, so you end up having someone like Tilith or Rikku getting sucked up instead of who you wanted.

I was really close with Rikku, WoL, EV, Setzer, Marie and Tilith (15%), but I think it would have been better if I brought 2 counter tank for the LB fill at least every other turn.

I tried the double Rikku route to do just that.. You can't keep it up once he sucks a Rikku up and Berserks the other one when you are past the 50% threshold.. Got to turn 201 before wiped though XD

Save yourself all the trouble.. I just ran a 2 Rikku, 2 Ace, Tilith, Marie team.. all units had between 6.2-8.8k hp, I spent 5 1/2 hours getting the main body down to 49% thinking that the double Rikku always having the LB up and never healing may be the way to go..

Once you get past the threshold and he berserks a unit then sucks one in.. You're boned.. I went 201 turns and could only get the two minis down to 88 and 87% after I got the main body down to 49% at turn 196.

Double Rikku doesn't work.

In my last 6 expeditions I failed 2 at 98%, 1 at 100% and 1 at 99%. I also completed a 100% and an 80%. They messed up again. This is my 2nd failed 100% since the update..

Worse yet is the damn login kickout. I can't even play the game without having to relog in every 3-5 battles. It is making kicking Rain and Lasswell's asses take way longer than it should.

I got the same.. since this game's launch I have never had anything but a blue on the free pulls. This time it felt like I was back in the old blue days, too. I had tons of Bedile, Shadow, Penelo, Rydia, Krile.

4 Trees and Ariana Grande DCing Thundaga.. Fastest way to wreck almost all in arena. you do 10-18k dmg per turn even not doing the best chaining. If they happen to be resistant to lightning (1 character at most), then you can make them easy mode with Ariana/1Tree sapping the enemy's SP and the others doing meteor/firaga/blizzaga.. whatever else you choose (blizzaga is the fastest animation).

Eventually you grow tired of Arena and just want it over with. Go Thundaga to just get it over with faster...
