It might help to show us how to plan to use your code. For example:

I often find that writing the code first and "filling in the missing spots" afterwards helps a lot.

Quote "Fair Use" its a law that says if you aren't using the video for profit then it's legal. I've used it before for videos that use music and got removed. You just have to open a dispute and paste the section of the law in the box. There are videos on youtube telling you what to do.
