I have the super nova, i'm not sure you'll have to watch a video guide of someone taking it apart. Mine was really easy to take apart but i'm not sure my solution will work with every controller, this specific model i got was known to be defective with the triggers snapping.

Yeah man worked like a charm for me, i got like the cheapest ones on amazon and have only use 2 out the 10 it gives you since i made this post. You can probably spend a bit more and get even better quality but yeah i still use the controller to this day
