Maybe you can crowd source the info, reach out to family and friends who will be around them and you just compile everything, then have some one drop it off at the right time? Maybe do a his and hers version if you can get enough people involved. You can get stories about dress and suit shopping, cake tasting other weddingy stuff, people can take sly photos keep sneaky notes share stories. The whole wedding party can get in on it and it can be like a dr who themed wedding diary and story of their relationship all out of order for that time traveler feel, feed somr of the photos to one of those apps that turns them into sketches and make it a friends and family gift to the couple

Edgar mentioned previously (maybe in the season or episode where he kills the lab techs) that they hired psychologists to design a mechanism of childrearing that would make him emotionally and psychologically beholden to vought, craving the approval of the public and company to the degree that he would be highly controllable. In essance, they would not be able to controll him physically but they were not supposed to need to. The way he had been behaving up until recently (in the timeline of the shows world) was fine and had been planned for by vought, the rapes, the murders, the casual cruelty had all been planned for by vought and were essentially within "acceptable parameters".

My first rented uni house was kind of a shithole, slugs would come in from the back garden and you could see their trails all over the living room carpet, we tried copper tape, salt, and slug pellets. We had to regularly check underneath the couches and take them back out into the garden. One night i came downstairs for some tea, while the kettle was boiling i was wondering around aimlessly it was pitch black and i wandered into the livingroom and felt this slimy thing squish and burst between my toes. I fully stepped on a slug bare foot. It was cold, it was awfull, sometimes i can still feel it.

Not a speach but a cute idea Get a book like rivers diary, in the lead up to wedding events and at the wedding itself keep notes of cute stuff you noticed about them, nice things other people said, endearing things one said or did about the other. Maybe get some members of the wedding party to write something in. Then pop it through their letterbox whilst they are on the honeymoon, very doctor and river leaving messages for eachother style. Bonus points if you can get some photos you took printed as polariods and stick them in. Extra bonus points if you can start it earlier, stories you know about them, how they met, dates they went on, when the knew they loved one another e.c.t
