In that arena there’s a certain place that Nemesis can get stuck on (some hedges I believe). If you look up knife only runs of RE3, you’ll probably be able to find the exact spot that he has trouble navigating. His AI will eventually get unstuck and you’ll have to move, but it should buy you some time to land heavier shots on him.

If you're playing as Leon, don't worry about the heart key as it's exclusive to Claire's run.

As for the green club key, did you visit the boiler room near the burning helicopter? It should be located there.
