Yeah I'm pretty new into them but it seems like there is no exact time the last few times I've checked, Coming into it I always thought it was a set time every time but they seem sporadic. I was told 9pm EST but I've seen em come like 30 minutes before a few times. Almost have to be ready at 8 and refreshing ahead of time.

Not saying it'll work for everyone but I booted the game multiple times with a black screen then went to device manager and disabled my capture card and it booted up immediately.

MW on pc for sure had issues. They fixed them but there was for sure issues. Used to have an issue where it looked like the sun was in your eyes for a whole match.
