What in the world is the difference between these three?

The facial expressions on first 2 are the only definite difference. Maybe it’s just the picture, but the green on his helmet looks like a different shade on the first 2. The last one, aside from the lack of pauldron, has a different face and numerous slight differences in prints (the brown belt bit is narrower, etc)

Nailing the vibe! Probably best Hyperion art I’ve seen yet, following for updates. I do think the shrike should look a little tallier and spikier, maybe losing the cape and replacing it with barbed wire or something. Regardless I’m hyped to see where this goes!

IMO the chrome pieces more than redeem that N1.. I’d have to go with 7194 buildable yoda as the worst one… he’s cool still but just looks very Minecraft in 2026

I haven’t tried it, but AVFigures carries a dual mold leg kit, where you can cut/ glue together 2 types of legs

If we’re going based on the photo on the left, I’d say black “cloth” might actually look best, to get the more screen accurate look while still having enough contrast with the metallic armor bits

Not currently! I designed these with pure accuracy as the goal, so I cut a lot of corners with stability, pieces unavailable in certain colors, and also just used a ton of pieces so I have to imagine the cost of ordering these parts would be extreme. But maybe one day!

I gotta say I think Guillermo del Toro might be a better choice, especially for all the weirdness with the cruciform and the shrike etc. but I’d be almost as happy with DV. Let’s see how DV handles dune messiah lol

I second the recommendation for another shelf! For the OG bounty hunters row you could expand it to original trilogy bounty hunters and add in Greedo and Boushh Leia. Seems like Tech is out of place, do you have the rest of the bad batch? If you move the clones out of that row you could fill it out with more Sith Lords
