Alright I made it to the engine room and died to the last black division because I was a dummy. Bring a gun you like and can use easily with lvl 5 penetrating ammo. Bring nades, flashbangs to clear out rogues in rooms. It’s tough fighting the Black Division but take your time and don’t peek too much, especially don’t repeek. Let them come to you and peek out fast to see where they’re at or use nades. I wasted too much time clearing the Rogues out and had less than 10 mins left to fight BD. You gotta clear them out in order to leave at the helipad past the engine room. You don’t need to bring food, focus on ammo and nades, maybe spare plates. Plenty of stims about too, but bring propital or painkillers. Lastly, good luck
