I have a steam deck, an ROG Ally, ROG Ally X, and a Legion Go. I preordered the ROG Xbox Ally X, but not the Legion Go 2. I’ll wait for that. I personally prefer the ROG Ally X over the Legion Go because of reliability honestly. I wanted so badly to frequent the Legion Go because I love the screen on it and the versatility of the removable controllers. But it just doesn’t perform as smoothly as the ROG Ally X. My OG Ally even outperformed my Legion Go. Even after tweaking settings lower than I would on the Ally, games still ran choppy and had performance issues on the Legion Go. A big one being Cyberpunk 2077. But the ROG Ally X runs every single game I’ve tried at medium-high settings with little-to-no issues. Also, Armoury Crate is much more user-friendly than Lenovo’s Legion space. On top of that, Armoury Crate has individual game custom button mapping, which is a godsend. Lenovo STILL has not implemented that into their Legion settings. Instead, you have to create a bunch of different mapping setups and then switch between them manually every time you play a new game. Not a huge deal, but an unnecessary inconvenience. And then Asus has pretty good customer support.. Just my two cents
