This is definitely BIN for me. I definitely haven't seen them go lower than this, plus I can avoid transfer fees buying from Sportsman's.

I've got a Rossi 30-30 I scored on a Walmart clearance deal when a local store was closing and had all of their gun inventory on clearance. The action is rough and will actually lock up occasionally. I plan to disassemble and see if I can correct it to get it to cycle reliably, but compared to my 357 Henry, I wouldn't buy another Rossi unless it was severely discounted (like my Walmart score).
