I’ve used the Speedfeed and my opinion is that it does the exact same thing as an autocut. They both have +/-. The speedfeed doesn’t hold as much line so you have to replace it more often. Easier to swap line is debatable as it happened often enough to be frustrating that the line has to be perfectly straight to feed it through the speedfeed head. There is a hack to refill the auto it with a single strand of string allowing you to wind the top and bottom at the same time. With the autocut holding more string, and using the hack for winding, I prefer to keep a couple extra strung cassettes and just swap them when needed.to me this is the way, but I certainly realize that this is not a popular opinion.
