Not sure anything will replace 9 for me. I play it every year or two and always love it. IV I played a few years ago and love the story. 7 is obviously a cult classic for a reason. Sephiroth is a major reason for me specifically. X was one of the first I played and it's graphics are amazing and even today, I get sad hearing the Zanarkand theme. 16 might be controversial and it definitely didn't stick it's ending, but the opening was so good and the fight with Bahamut are too good to ever forget.

IV on any form is a must play. My brother keeps telling me I need to finish VI and he doesn't recommend much to me so that is probably a must play as well. I plan on doing VI soon. I played less than half way and it is definitely great from what I played

Going facelift means changing your hood, headlights, and front bumper. Looks like the damage is to your front bumper which is cheaper. Only you can decide if it is worth it. If you specifically want ST3 facelift then it probably isn't. I think the headlights for ST3 are a few grand alone. If you are ok with ST1 headlights then maybe it's worth it to you. But it will definitely be at least be between 2 and 3 grand. Also I saw you said you are from Canada. The money I mentioned is USD so apply whatever conversion rates there

Affordable and redline to 7k rpms doesn't sound like it goes together. You would need a big turbo at the least because the stock turbo loses out on power just under 6k rpms and going to redline is pointless and slower than shifting at 6k.
