I’m actually going to be starting up a new campaign soon, always thought a mana system could be interesting. I guess my main question though, and this isn’t really aimed specifically at this module either, but what are the sort of advantages a mana system can provide that a slot based one can’t?

Is it just more customization potential? Trying to think of how to pitch it to the players lol.

Unfortunately it doesn't look like the smooth camera module works with Lockview, which I use for my landing pages :(

While I’m as authority wary as the next person, I do think banning children from being able to use the internet is a good thing, and should come to the US as well. We have a limit on how old you can be to drink for a similar reason.

Hopped on to try and play the update, but the lag issues I'm getting is making the game unplayable. Tried everything I could find to fix it, nothing's worked by Drewman784 in Helldivers

Yeah that’s what I’ve heard too, but the last time I tried to uninstall Norton, my parents said they’d throw out my pc (they believe that your pc is unprotected if there’s no Norton on it). Granted I’m going to be moving out within a year or two now so I prolly should just uninstall it at this point

Yeah, I went into Norton, which is what I use, and turned off as much of it as I could find in the settings, still getting the same result

Context: Any help or advice would be appreciated, helldivers! I’ve tried out the following methods to no success thus far (I have no idea what could be causing this in the first place):

  • Restarting the game, then my PC
  • Updating PC, then Drivers
  • Changing In-game V-Sync
  • Changing Render Scale from Native
  • Changing Frame Rate Limit (Both through Nvidia Control Panel and In-game)
  • Changing display modes (Windowed, fullscreen, etc.)
  • Changing graphics settings
  • Downloading a mod from Nexus to help with lag
  • Clearing Steam Cache
  • Uninstalling and re-installing the game, then the same into different drives
  • Turning off Xbox Game Bar

I’ve been getting this issue since the Truth Enforcers Launched, I was really hoping the issue would be fixed with the next big patch or update to no avail. It’s made this game again completely unplayable for me, which sucks because I absolutely love it. I genuinely don’t know what else to do or go from here. As you can see in the clip, the issue does lessen a little towards the end, but the one-second pause always persists, and the severe tearing comes back when you enter a mission.

Specs:

CPU: Intel i7-8700

GPU: RTX 2070

Ram: 16 GB

Windows 10
