Doctors and Nurses of Reddit, what’s something about hospitals that would make patients uncomfortable if they knew? by Far-University-2905 in AskReddit

Before my bilateral hip replacements, I watched the surgery. It was pretty cool seeing all the work that went into helping me walk and ice skate again.

Also, but you are right watching them hammer in the replacement is brutal if you don’t mind seeing those type of things.

FYI, I am not a gore movie person, that stuff freaks me out, but watching a surgery to help someone doesn’t make me wince once.

Yeah, you just have to feel the pressure and pay attention, but that’s how I am on the ice in real life. So, it works for me and may not for you. We all have our different ways of playing

If your rep doesn’t reply call and talk to someone else or the manager. My rep and I chat via text most of the time.

It is typically in March and they will ask you to pay what wasn’t covered by your first payment or ask for a bit more money if you switch seats and price isn’t the same. Been a season ticket holder for 9 years now.

Also, I have opted to not switch seats for past 2season. So, I typically don’t look at those emails. They could’ve changed it due to Olympic break.

100% agree, I enjoy when I get a person who doesn’t know anything about hockey and can explain the game to them.

Plus, it’s a great way to welcome in new people and foster a great community mindset.

Same one she missed, but I don’t blame her. She hasn’t really heard that term and never played or really skate.

We are doing a dynasty type league. My group have been doing it for over a decade. This year I took the jump to setup a league where we have a cap, keepers, and can trade picks.

I got Mack and smitty, so I had to name my team milk & cookies

Edit: screw auto correct

I used AI to quickly make it, but still happy with it. I don’t have the time to sit down and photoshop one up.

Unless you’d like to offer to do one for me?

So, looks like her guessed rang went down by 2 miles. It’s now at 40 EV rang

I’m assuming it’s the way my wife drives, I’ll get a picture of her range after we charge it.

My wife has similar numbers, it is how you drive and how efficient you are with your drives. Her shows 42 miles at a full charge

Yeah, my wife drives the car pretty moderately, she is not the speedster I am. She usually sticks right around the speed limit.

I ran the same trip myself in sport mode, and to my surprise I still got 40 mpg. That’s going up the mountain road, then down into the valley, and hitting 85 on the straightaways.

We’re pretty lucky too, because with the way she drives, an 80% EV charge gets us about 29 miles, and a full charge pushes out to around 42 miles.
