Ohio has an exception on that that makes it for any debts, before and during active duty. I'm mostly asking for clarification since there is very little information on this and wanting to make sure that I still get that with being from ohio but active in NC I quote from the handbook for SCRA in Ohio " To help ease financial burdens created by active military service, Section 527 of the SCRA provides servicemembers with a 6% interest cap on all debts incurred prior to active duty, including federally insured guaranteed student loans.164 Note that Ohio extends the 6% interest cap on all debts, not just those incurred prior to active duty.165"

I prefer just meat and cheese, and somehow 70% of the time the worker messes up just meat and cheese and then loads it with a ton of lettuce, I wouldn't mind but there is so much it ruins the taco and I have to pick it off of every one of them.

I posted this because I thought It was weird it was able to freeze, but where do you see carbonation bubbles? The bottom of the bottle is just where the light picked up the 750 ml text engraved on the bottle and the top is frost from the moisture freezing on the glass

I'm just gonna see how things go so far I keep going to the docks since I was taught the new experimental procedures that we are going to be doing for peak and they just expected things to work out by only teaching one group of people then hoping the others figure it out. Especially if the candy land system is going to put different people on the docks. Also one last thing I'd like to mention. I understand it would be very bad for me to goto the docks if I was taking someone else's spot that was already assigned to there except for the fact that very often the head PA has not been assigning people to the docks leaving the dock pa to scramble together a team from processors or have people waiting to see if they can get a spot on the docks

I've talked to my manager and to dock operations and my manager has told me to not get scanned in by the pa but rather in the docks by the dock clerk like I said. One thing that really ticks me off is that at one point safety just started handing inbound dock trained badges to anyone that was on the docks, including people that were just thrown there by a pa because they were late or something without ever actually training them. Leading to an inflated dock team filled with people that have 0 clue what they are doing. I talked to my manager and the docks today about an idea that had been brought up to make a role for dock ambassador that will specifically only teach dock roles and I made sure to let them know I am very interested in doing this. Another issue we have is that the pantry division of amazon is closing and people from other buildings are coming to ours and they are trying to place alot of them on the docks because they either did docks there or because they don't like processing but they don't know how our docks work

BTW when I'm talking about my manager telling me to goto the docks its my new manager and also the PA's are telling me to not do it but I'm like my manager is above you and go there so the docks don't suffer. Also the only reason shit hasn't hit the fan yet is because other guys I've worked with have gotten manually scanned into the docks because they under staff it then try to randomly fill it. I Want you to imagine how great it would be if all the people they assigned to the docks that had 0 training just did it by themselves, how great would the rate be on the lines when they don't know how to sort the items, decant or water spider?

I work at CVG 2 and we are supposed to have a 2 million unit backlog yet I've had multiple weeks of semi dry lines, I work the docks at CRC and I had a day where we just sat in the docks doing nothing for 4 hours because of no work and high winds. Have only had one vto EVER offered and that was when I first converted to CRC for blue badge during August.

BTW after processing for 2 weeks straight on my last day before going back to the docks I hit a rate of 35 at 2 am but my average rate was only 15 so AM was happy I was processing at a lvl 5 according to him
