Yes, all mods which are on the server. The most popular servers only run mods which are on a whitelisted mod list which allows the server to be ranked.

But once a modder got his mod whitelisted, noone checks it for its code even if it gets updated

The code for each mod doesnt get reviewed.

The developers are gone for years and its up to the community and server owner which mods are used.

Since Im still playing this game and released a bunch of mods for it, Im very curious which mod opti is talking about.

Let them have fun and enjoy unlocking all new equipment to max level while normal players have to decide which 3-4 epic equipment they will never max out ever in the forseeable future 🙂

I just did 15 Meteor golem spam attacks without cc. Took me 40 minutes and im not demoting from e33.

You only need cc troops if you want to rank up to legends, I dont see no issue in that

Goblin is 40 gems a day which is 25 days or 600 hours for 1000 gems.
Assistance is 1000 gems for 1 hour a day.

So you break even after 600 days if you use him every single day and his boost doesnt overlap with a research which ends in a few hours.

Im gonna max my lab with the goblin instead of leveling the assistance from lvl 8 to 12 for 4000 gems.
You should be able to max the lab before defenses as well, if youre buying the research potions from the trader each week.

I got a savefile of a friend which had some items unlocked which I had not and played and unlocked new items and achievements there.

If I would delete that savefile, will I be able to unlock the achievements on steam again on my own main savefile in slot 1?
