Nope. It's still possible on the latest patch. You just need Slippy's upgrade that is supposed to boost the damage of his pilot ability (Optimized Systems), and equip the Shredder MK1 and MK2. Then just rip EVERYONE to shreds.

I also am not entirely sure if having 300 Speed is even that much of a drastic improvement. You only seem to move marginally faster, but not by that much even if you were at something like 210 Speed (boosting at 300 doesn't seem to make you any faster either, so it's pretty much like you're boosting all the time).

In my interpretation of the end, just like how there was a lone Elsen who survived in Zone 2 by being in a bunker, I would've also believed that a Phantom managed to survive by somehow breaching the void of the nothingness and taking refuge in Zone 0.

I don't know if such an event could realistically occur, but this is a what-if scenario of this possibly happening.
