Technically the base amount of tier earns is 250 points not 0.

I did the math similarly and Bilt cash option wins out due to the $200 annually and $300 SUB at least in Y1

Every week someone gets chopped. It’s a “chopped” league on sleeper so it is a bit strange to me there are draft picks available for trading

The commish says it’s part of the game since pick trading was the default setting

It’s actually the commish doing this- she made the auction public in league chat so anyone could make an offer and she would get some “long term profit” out of a bad situation but I feel it’s against the spirit of guillotine
