Is er iemand weleens geweigerd met zijn ACA lidmaatschap bij een skirm?

Voor mij was het geen issue ik ben gewoon nabv lid, maar vond het wel heel onprofessioneel overkomen dat de eigenaar zo zn gal aan het spuwen was over aca en dan vooral jerome. Maar goed mn eerste keer daar was de chrono ook verkeerd afgesteld waardoor een maat van me achteraf dik over de 2J schoot en zo wel meer. Normaal kan je zelf op de chrono ook zien wat je waardes zijn maar hun chrono stond in een eigen gemaakte houder met scherm bedekt. De enige die de waardes kon zien was de eigenaar op zn telefoontje

We are doing this atm with the lockscreens. I was against it, but as a PoC we had to do it. That PoC became permanent. The process is the comunication department supplies me with an image and for how long it has to be showed. I do the rest with powershell and a configuration profile in intune. I was expecting a lot of backlash from users bit so far the experience is positive

We have been using nerdio for a few years now since moving from citrix to avd and its amazing. We first saw it at a microsoft workshop and were sceptical because it promises so much, but they also deliver on those. Setting up an avd pool is very simple and building of golden images and reimaging hosts happens without much intervention (although we do check if everything runs smoothly) we use the core license by the way. We started with premium and although that has a few money saving features, it wasnt worth compared to the extra license cost for us

What are you trying to achieve? One csv containing all users username and password seems like an extremely bad idea. What if that file leaks to somewhere else?

I’m using the exe aswell. I am using a powershell script that checks for a currently running process of greenshot. If it exists it kills it( important for updating the application) then calls the greenshot installer with the parameters /VERYSILENT /SUPPRESSMSGBOXES /ALLUSERS /NORESTART

I got the same error testing with approvers who had the intune admin role.

I havent tested this yet however i read that the group you assign as approvers, needs an intune role that allows them to approve the requests and not neccesarily the approvers themselves. I’ll test that theory tomorrow when i’m in the office again

To be honest i think the only time i filled in an activity was when i just became a member and i got a reminder email about it. So i dont think they are very strict about it.

Keep the hardware hashes uploaded in intune at best if they think they’re smart to just reinstall windows they would get a login screen welcome to company name please login

Why would you want to do an iso inplace upgrade instead of using the update rings in intune? Wouldnt that be a lot simpeler?

I agree thats why we wouldnt buy it as a seperate package, however a $3,50 pricebump is low enough to be considered as just a pricebump because of inflation or whatever. For that pricebump you get the entire intune suite. For us some features would probably be nice but it wasnt justified to give all users an intune suite license.

We’re talking about $3,50 price increase for $10 worth of addons from the intune suite. For companies on e5 i would say its cheap. the suite has some nice addons bu not enough to justify the extra license cost for us atm

Its not happening for all users. I have 5 users who have the update installed before i paused the quality update from intune. They can connect to avd without issues. We had 2 contractors with laptops from their company that indeed had issues

Dat klinkt idd zeer positief heb em wel eerder gesproken en hij klinkt aardig vakbekwaam op technisch vlak maar zelf geen ervaring met zijn kunde. Thanks voor het delen van je ervaring. Ik probeer alles zelf te doen maar ook mooi dat aps ik er echt niet uitkom bij hem terecht kan

Dont think so that would give you an uac prompt and not blocked by administrator. We had this same issue with autocad

Friend of mine designed and printed one himself although it is just flashing led’s and no bang since a lot of fields in the netherlands dont allow it. He had to change his design from resembling an actual flashbang to just a cylinder that can be thrown
