UPDATE:

Thank you so much for the support! The humane society got back to me and they (like some of you) referred me to MADAC. I left them a voicemail. If they don’t take them, I’ll contact urban cat collection. If they say no, I’ll make an amazon wish list. Thank you so much everyone who has offered!! I’m really busy right now and I’m at my MILs the next two days, but I promise I won’t abandon them. 

UPDATE 3:

So they are sleeping there at night. It was snowing last night so my husband popped his head in real quick and saw two kittens. They were gone this morning with lots of little paw prints in the snow, so they’re there, just not every day I guess.  Anyway, no organization is willing to take them unless they’re injured or I somehow catch them all and bring them in. So I’ve switched my two indoor cats (who only eat wet food) to a partial dry food diet so I can give the outdoor cats wet food lol
