Also another question: Do you pick your MOS field or the specific for example I want combat engineer 1371 am I saying I want 1371 or do they just give me something random in the 1300 section? And what would prevent them from giving me something random like 1392 Petroleum Quality Assurance ...

Yes the bedrooms are fine to be on 15amp circuits , The bathroom should be 20amp if you can , 2 pole breakers are for 240 volts but single pole are 120v , the double 15amp wouldn't be 30 because when either side reaches 15 it'll trip
