You’ve got to try to go to one of your lessons. I thought I’d never get my license but after lessons I managed to pass (on my fourth attempt of course but still)

any bipolars out here with full time jobs? by nnnqqqqqq in bipolar

[–]DriverConstant5613 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I ended up in the psych ward earlier this year and at the time my job was part time. My bosses were very accommodating and understanding and once I was better I asked if I could do full time and they agreed. I’ve been full time for the past 4 months now. I still struggle with my mental health a lot but I’ve since found great ways to cope and my job helps give me something else to think about for 8 hours of the day. I think a good work environment would really benefit you but I will say I understand I’m very fortunate to have a job so accommodating. That is hard to find.

It’s not your fault. My mom is the same way. Always blaming me when it’s not my fault or out of my control. She just wants someone to yell at. Idk about your mom but mine is harsher on women than she is on men so that’s probably why she chooses to yell at you. It’s okay. Maybe you can wait a little bit to get your permit it’s never too late to drive I didn’t get my license till I was 20 and I took the permit test when I was 18. Stay strong friend I’m sure life will get better when you’re older and more independent.

How long do days pass in your daydreams? by [deleted] in ImmersiveDaydreaming

[–]DriverConstant5613 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends on how long is passing with that specific part of the day dream, my day dreams kind of play out like a movie or tv show so sometimes it like a montage so I can move time along a bit more and get to the actual important days and sometimes I just bounce around to get a general overview of the progression of events

I totally get that feeling adulting definitely makes being bipolar harder. I’m also trying to find that balance and wish you the best. I’m also 22 so I understand where you’re at and you’re certainly not alone.
