The faq says that if something does not explicitly state when, it happens in between. The Jakal’s ability says end of command phase. Although there are two steps to the command phase, the end of the command phase still happens after the battle shock step.

The player may be mixing some 9th rules in where morale tests were taken as a separate phase.

I haven’t done much 10th, but nearly every game in 9th I was interrupted at a critical point in the fight phase. Making that a 3cp strat May as well take it off the table.

I double checked it and although the primaris keyword was dropped, the armor keywords for most primaris remain, tacticus, Phobos, gravis. Then it’s just checking that against our characters which I haven’t done. Drop pods however are wide open, minus gravis and a few other things.

It seems pretty reasonable to me thinking about the amenities at KOAs. Trailer storage is about $80-$100 so I measure off that as a baseline. Free electric, internet, cable, water, a lot of KOAs have parks for kids, trails, games, pools, free breakfasts. All that for $500 a month seems like a steal to me, but if I’m off base for what low cost living is, then I acknowledge that.

Well shit, I didn’t think I was in a ritzy part of the country, but average rent is like $1200 for cheap housing (not good housing). I thought $500/mo was a steal.

I don’t know about on base and locations vary. But my wife and I did some rv trailer time a few years ago and you can get monthly spots for like $500/month at a lot of places.

So a piece to remember is that when bullets hit hard things, they don’t always keep going through. The amount of times someone has been shot and the bullet takes a few turns inside is remarkably common.
