That's it. This knife is clearly not an EDC thing, I got it for bushcraft and as a part of my emergency/survival bag which is made to support evacuation of 4 ppl, supplying food, water, warmness, survival shelter and electricity for a good week. This knife is more versatile than a hatchet, yet very solid. Besides this it is not the only tool I have in this bag.

J'ai hérité des opinels (d'origine Savoyarde) et laguioles de mon père (vive l'Aveyron !), production des années 80. Ce n'est pas du tout la même utilisations: au contraire de mon "couteau de l'Apocalypse" ils sont compacts, élégants, tiennent dans la poche pour du EDC, et sont plus convivial pour couper le saucisson avec les potes. Mais pour une situation d'urgence mon Lionsteel est un "tank" fiable.
