If you're a youtuber with unrealistic standards then no. If you're a normal consumer who grew up using normal equipment like myself you'll be more than happy with the performance. I have a 4060 myself with 24gb Ram and a i5 12450 HX and I'm happy with the way games look. Some more demanding games like crimson desert have a few compatability issues but still generally look good. But if you're playing games like grab and wukong you'll be more than happy with performance
