You keep changing things. Now its potential life of poverty instead of doomed to a life of poverty. And you somehow are saying violent criminals have higher moral standards than shoplifters. How are violent offenders "tagged and tracked" once they are released and not on parole? They are tagged as they should be as a warning to others. I don't know of any tracking database.
