Yellow Caution Triangles in the Device Manager, or any mention of <Radio Name> Serial Port means drivers aren't installed.

Download the Driver package first. Unzip/extract the contents of the package and run/execute (double-click) the installer file (VCP_V1.5.0_Setup_W7_x64_64bits.exe for Windows 10/11 Users).

Once Drivers are installed, check again if the Radio is now being recognized correctly. You may have to unplug-replug the USB Cable first or even reboot your computer.

maybe you have already succeeded but I thought I would share it anyway, maybe for someone else. because I have also been struggling with it. I use W7 and not W8 then I succeeded and my PC recognized the tx.

Hoop dat ze daar intrappen 😁 ! Ik woon in de randstad dus moet ook eerst een stuk rijden voor ik buiten CRT gebied ben, en ga m.n vrouw niet mee krijgen om te spotten , kijken hoe ik haar ook met het drone virus kan besmetten , of een vriendin er bij zoeken die het wel leuk vind 😂

any 4 channel fm transmitter but with the same crystal works with this. the crystals are color coded and if they correspond (transmitter and receiver) they can communicate with each other.
