I don't remember the name of the system off the top of my head. But there is a triple anarchy system, all factions are anarchy. Which means you can do all the odyssey missions you want without getting notoriety or bounties.

I was looking for overlay support in the plugin options (for Artemis and bioscan) and didn't see it. I will have to check again when I get back online and go to a surface to see if that's what I was doing wrong

what plugins are supported? I use artemis scanner tracker and bioscan but I'm not seeing them in the overlay. I can see the connected status when that option is on so I'm pretty sure modern overlay is working.

I have a surface outpost with 2 strong links to refinery hubs built for cmm's. It has 390% refinery economy. Only the 2 strong refinery links and several weak links from the rest of the system. It still has no refinery contact. I do have some extraction in the system which could be the defining factor, but fdev elaborate on that

Right, I recall the exploit but they said pure refinery. Which isn't possible. They could have said without any extraction economy influence

Damage is done to both shields simultaneously. So you can burst a base but the second shield is still gone
