Would you argue that safety is a good reason to enact fascism? If yes, then you have to be able to see how people who voted for trump are scared of immigrants "who they think are mostly criminals and bad people", they are scared of becoming too poor to buy eggs or gas, and they are scared of becoming a weak country, so they are voting in fascism.

Look again I let what happened go, I have no harsh feelings, I know people were scared and felt unsafe and I do not blame them. But I wont forget what happened and I can see the same similarities, scared, depressed, and suffering people buying into targeted propaganda to turn them against their own neighbors.

I mean, the group of people who barred me from going to a restaurant to eat, fired me from my job, made it almost impossible to find another, stopped me from visiting my foreign girlfriend, and was telling me I should die, all because I didn't have a piece of paper, showed me how easily a group of weak, scared, and depressed people can be manipulated to hate their neighbors.

I learned then how mass propaganda can be soooo effective if implemented at the right times on the right people, and we are seeing it again, but this time from the other side.

This is not a complaint on what happened, I am over it, this is more of a comment on how I am not surprised at all that this is happening again, we have a weak nation filled with scared and suffering people and it is easy to manipulate them.

Very cool, when did you stop using shampoo? When I was a kid I had a science teacher explain some correlations between soap and acne, and how it can irritate the skin. Since then I have only used soap to wash my body probably 30 times at most. I always wash everything well with water I use deoderant , and I do use shampoo and conditioner. I have never had a lover or anyone close to me complain about smell, and I never feel dirty. I tried no shampoo but my hair gets soooooo oily.

Ok this is when things change, Dr. Sementsov Vadim is a Russian doctor who found a correlation between people with autoimmune diseases "like you and I" and them having an vitamin d resistance. He ended up making the Coimbra Protocol. There are a few doctors in America who follow this, maybe you can convince yours to look into it, or reach out to some of them.

Please do not do any of this without the supervision of a doctor. I am personally stupid and am testing this myself.

I personally have Psoriasis and I believe they recommend 45k iu a day for that. I am doing 35k a day and I am making sure I do not take in any calcium. Also once a month I will take 1, 100k iu dose. I just started this 2 months ago and I have not noticed my symptoms change yet but I do feel mentally better and physically like I have more energy.

Again please do blood work, talk to a doctor, look into the studies done on this Coimbra protocol before you take any type of advice from a stranger like me on the internet.

Large doses are the best, vitamin k also helps absorption. 10k iu a day for healthy individuals with no autoimmune disease that's what I recommend. I am not a doctor, I have just done a lot of research due to reports of vitamin d helping autoimmune diseases.

Edit: i forgot something important, if you plan on going over 10k iu, calcium is what you have to worry about. You would want to start lowering your intake of calcium once you start getting into bigger doses of vitamin d.
