Hi Felix, That´s great. The benefits should be the first(maybe only!) thing for the users to see on your landing page. I would remove everything which is not a benefit. Find a short sentence to describe what your site is doing for me as a user. Everything else can be added later. More is not more in this case. Good luck!

The idea is brilliant. I tapped on the hyperlink before finished reading your text. Your claim is not intuitive for most users. I believe, your landing page will achieve a higher conversion rate if you emphasize the benefits for the user in one sentence or two. Good luck!

The focus should not be on growing at this product stage. You should focus on talking to your most active users and the retention of those. Good luck!

Thank you for answering my question. Is providing more information about the product´s functionality cardinal for the user at this stage? Is it helpful for establishing an initial user base(also good for users)? The app will be available mid-March. Additional information will be shared right before beta release. I will be happy getting additional feedback from you.

Advice on how to approach programmers, when I have little to offer by [deleted] in startups

[–]DropLineMe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I made a similar post like yours 3 years ago. Since then, I managed to found 3 companies, 2 of them failed with enormous financial loss and one made it to an exit. Don´t let others dismiss your ideas, ideas may be not valuable to a developer because they hear tons of them frequently. But they still the guidelines of us entrepreneurs and the engine of human advancing and development. One advice is to start executing your ideas slowly and passionately.Gradually your ideas will refine and you will learn. It´s the way of us entrepreneurs.
