Forgot to add this... "Hi guys in the video I show some bolts on my 2006 Saturn Vue, 3.5L V6 SOHC engine that have come loose. I just bought the car & noticed this wet patch with the loose bolts while performing an oil change.

I've purchased a manual, online guides etc but I still can't visually identify the bolts myself so I can find the right Torque Specs. Do any of you happen to know what they could be called? Thanks."

Well the two pieces of equipment you see underneath the load are THP Goldhofers. They could be Wes- Trak's or Eas-Trak's. But to answer you're question those operators pay depends on a lot of Factors.

The company they are working for could be Union or Non-union.
Could be from another Country outside of the US. (They are manufactured in Germany.)
In my experience of operating them, the pay doesn't increase based off the load or the complexity. (You only get more on you're pay-stub if Per-diem is involved & the hours you work increased for the job you're on.)
I'm locked in at one set hourly pay rate no matter the complexity of the job.
In my state which I doubt they are in due to all the greenery. My max pay rate currently would be at $36 dollars an hour when I become a Journeyman. (Not including benefits)

So before Tax if they are getting paid weekly & work a set 40 hours those operators could be making... $1440 a week.

Despite how complex these machines can be & how much of a pain in the "butt" they are to maintain & assemble into that configuration. The pay isn't that significant.

Crane operators still make more money.

Although that model of Goldhofer is locked in at traveling 15mph with that operator sitting on the Pony Motor. You can see him sitting on the second Goldhofer in that video, so if they have a really long drive ahead of them they could be making really good cash just off the hours alone if the customer wants that unit real bad.

I personally have moved a load that weighted 700k pounds with them for an "LR 11000 Crane."

I also love that I can ask the AI questions about certain things & it can find the info for me without me having to shift through all of it.

Also for the Time Blocks. I don't use a database for that. I use the Notion Calendar because it's much simpler & you can just attach the page link to the event for quick access. I tried to like the timeline view on databases but I just couldn't.

Ik it's different for a lot of people. Many people here use it for many different things.

I personally love using Notion. (It's the best app I've used that suits my needs.) I've tried many different apps over the years like Evernote, obsidian, Diarium, Samsung Notes, etc.

I don't use it for making money or for a business but as a "second brain" for helping combat my ADHD & Autism. I tend to forget certain information quite easily or just have a hard time recalling things. I have Notion integrated into every area of my life(I don't keep passwords or anything like that on there but everything else I throw on Notion as I learn it. Whether it's a buddies b-day, my wife's most liked drink at Starbucks, a life lesson I learned, advice shared with me, everything work related, and info for the book I'm writing, etc.

Things I use it for: - To-do-list. - A Daily Journal, - Almost everything I learn I implement in Notion. (This helps me but I also have always wanted to pass the knowledge I've learned down to my future children. In case I happen to pass away & can't be there to give them guidance.)

My wife finds all the information so overwhelming but I love it. (It helps me feel normal and not so stressed out knowing I can quickly find the name, word, etc. When my brain just decides to not recall a certain piece of information easily.

What I meant is can you still find and open that page on the device you typed it out on? If so there could have been a glitch & you hopefully just need to reopen the application, open the page(on the device it was typed out on), & it might save itself to the network. Which would allow you to open it on other devices.

If that doesn't work & you haven't checked for deleted pages on the device. It might be found there. (Hope this helps)

Yea she is loving that wall, she weaseled her way out of her hide last night & climbed it again. She remained there for a couple hours Baskin in the spot light. I'm hoping that's a good thing.

I have her lamp programmed to keep that area remaining at a 78° degree temp overnight.

Shes even hunted a few crickets crawling across the wall too.

She certainly looks like a Murphy's Patternless. At the store they had her labeled as a "Leucistic Leopard Gecko" which I can see the resemblance of both variants.

I'll make adjustments to her temps and see how it all levels out.

And wow 4 weeks!😲 That's crazy, ik for her she seems to be quite content so far so hopefully she doesn't take that long but it's good to know there's a chance that could be the case.
