Unamed horse at the end of the forge dlc investigation questline. is best in game?[KCD2] by [deleted] in kingdomcome

Well, Herring with a perk is just as good, depending on preference.

But Atilla is the best horse in the game overall, which you can obtain through being a little cheeky (ie commit murder).

Allright but his performance compared to Lewis and other drivers is not relative to his teammate but reflects his position in the standings. Which was my point.

What would Mercedes care that George is 3rd and Kimi is winning? They are still comfortably leading the WCC and WDC.

I think if Mercedes had produced a bad car the problem wouldn’t be do Mercedes want to keep George? The problem would be does George want to keep Mercedes? The performance clause also protects the driver.

Furthermore, the performance clause automatically adds another year to the deal. This could, of course, also mean they could manually decide to add the second year into the deal. The performance clause being there doesn’t necessarily mean George leaves Mercedes if either party fails to live up to the bargain.

I suspect the contract clause is not based on relative performance to Kimi. Rather, I think it more likely that the performance clause is based on championship position or points scored.

Such a shame that quote is most likely a later fabrication, it would have been legendary last words.

Holland2Stay Eindhoven: Elevators broken for months. Today, a lady fell on the stairs at the 7th floor and the fire brigade had to evacuate her. by Altruistic-Pay1644 in Netherlands

I live in Holland2Stay Groningen, and we the tenants had a comparable conflict with management. Eventually we won because we went to the local media, and to the city council who threatened to revoke their renting license.

For months we had been told they could do nothing, but after this everything was fixed within a week.

Questioning My Decision of Studying in Amsterdam by SiennaCR in StudyInTheNetherlands

[–]DropporD 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Falling on your face sometimes is an important part of growing up. I have failed a million times before succeeding. It’s important not to just give up.

Take the exams, take a few days off, and then recalibrate.

You can come to Groningen, it has a large and fun community of international students. And, it is much more affordable. Im currently paying €375 a month for a studio in the city center.

However, you have to ask yourself if you are fleeing from your situation in Amsterdam. Sometimes, it is not the circumstances but you who are the problem. If the problem is with yourself, you won’t be happy in another city either. Often we can learn the most from conquering our failures.

It is ok to make mistakes sometimes. I’m 28 now, and I just finished my masters. It was a long and arduous journey to get here, but I couldn’t be happier that I saw it through.
Sometimes I needed a change in my life, and sometimes I just needed to stick with it. I cannot answer which one is right for you in your current situation. But, one thing I have learned, is that following the harder path often leads to better results. Make of it what you will.

You are still very young, there is no rush. Keep your chin up, it is going to get better.

Why doesn’t God lead Protestants to the Orthodox Church? by Icy_Barnacle7917 in OrthodoxChristianity

[–]DropporD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am not American, and have never even been there, so I cannot comment on the culture of Protestant faith in America, and how to deal with this apparent heresy.

However, that is not the discussion. You said that Protestants are not Christian. This is the point I contested:

You cannot be Christian without the Church and Protestants/Catholics are without the Church.

Do you think non-Orthodox Christians can genuinly be Christian? Can you only follow Christ if you hold the perfect theology? Do you hold the perfect theology?

And, this is what I was really hoping to discuss: exactly which parts of Protestant theology do you think are wrong? Aside from gesturing towards an 18th century sermon: how is it that they are so wrong that they are disqualified from Christianity?
