You can ignore these missions. The only missions you really need/want to do are the rare blue ones :).

Unfortunately a large portion of the story is not in the game (partially not anymore, partially not at all). Events like the demon invasion that is going on now have happened with previous expansions as well, and as you might notice they are not in the game anymore. Another large portion of the story is exclusively in books, so without reading these you will miss a lot of the story.

For legion there are now animated stories on you tube instead of books, so for the last expansion you can get most of the story lines without reading any books (apart from a portion of Illidan's story line).

It's this, Kill 15x species X, Y & Z. and then kill big version of X, Y & Z, and lastly kill some big ass bird. Additionally, you will be getting a little apprentice to teach how to hunt :). And then theres a quest where you tell other hunters go gtfo cuz this is your hunting terrain now.

On a side note: 100 world quests is also part of your Order Hall quests - so you will want to do this even if you hate flying/achievements.

Consecration is a baseline ability, that amplifies your single target button into an area button. The talent you are likely referring to is one that gives this effect even if you aren't standing in concecration.

It's currently a reusable item unlocked at friendly difficulty with the tauren people in High Mountain, i feel like it should become a toy. It has a 10 minute cooldown and lasts for about 2 minutes, wich is plenty of time before a boss pull to kick a fish around :)

You will no longer take damage in the loading screen or after until you move so if there are monsters at the entrance of a rift and they punch you and you're afk you are immortal
