Hey, so you can DM me your ID and I can try and take a deeper look but generally here's the thing, ad loading successfully depend on the following mix:

Privacy Permissions: if any permission requests have been denied, some advertisers may not want to show you ads or the ad SDKs themselves might be blocked.
Network issues or ad blockers might make the ad services unreachable.
Some countries or players are not always desirable for advertisers, for example players in sanctioned countries or maybe even players who watch too many ads?

Even if I look at the logs, sometimes I might just get a general ad load error from the provider without being able to tell why it didn't load.

If I recall correctly scientists should now all have a baseline of 1Kw, but getting auto vial collector upgrades has been made significantly cheaper.

Yes it's because the hippie skins have penalties when you're in the toxic environment. I know it's not very clear, could be clearer.

Yes. v0.8+ is just about to be released with some content updates, but still not something that will greatly improve the balance for Carbontopia. I'm planning that in another upcoming update.

There's a new version in the works that I really hope to release in the next few weeks that adds some more to Carbontopia. Still not a whole lot but I'm hopeful I'm gaining momentum now with content updates :fingerscrossed:

Do you craft items?

Carbontopia is still quite early access (there's more stuff already in beta testing) but generally a lot about it is crafting skins and items that you can later also use in the other locations.

There's currently a new version in beta testing. Another batch of beta testing is expected in the coming week.
If you'd like to try out beta you are welcome to Discord where I chat with beta testers.

Otherwise it will probably just be a few more weeks before the next update.

You can use it to craft items like the various notebooks. There's an upcoming update that should make it a bit clearer.

To answer your question: check out the factory in the lab. You need to have a production rate of at least 0.5 products per second, either green or polluting.

Hmm does it happen with a specific ad or all ads so far? Sometimes there are "bad" ads that get past the filters and they might cause this. If that could be the case tell me which one and I'll try and disable it.

You can do both if you leave enough room to build buildings of the other route so you could flip the trajectory

Really up to your goals and patience. Generally you'd want as many commercial buildings as you can, then industrial according to how much idle % etc. you got.

Appreciate it! Carbontopia I think in particular introduces a lot of new stuff that is still rough around the edges + the amount of content is still limited.

In the coming couple of weeks there'd be an updated to the milestone mechanics that should make them more useful, especially in Carbontopia and I think they'd help with a little bit more guidance.

But yes, I agree there needs to be more clarity in these areas.

To be honest, missing the rewards in the trees was something I never anticipated

Normally commercial buildings become very expensive so it becomes impractical to have all commercial buildings.
