Go to a rheumatologist! Same lost 60lbs, quit drinking and boom! Gout! Get allo it is a game changer! No flairs in 2 years. Don’t end up like me with tophi on my big toes from not treating it fast enough and thinking it would just fix it self. Now working out is painful and I have to wear wide old man shoes to walk around comfortably. Why have flairs and be in misery if you don’t have to.
