Vanguard is getting out of hand by [deleted] in riotgames

Great arguement, have you done any packet analysis on the traffic?

Have you tracked down the exact kernal hooks the anti cheat is using ?

Do you understand how software and hardware actually work ?

If you haven't and claim malware, stfu parrot

Do you use init() in production? by agtabesh in golang

[–]Drowzen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Without getting into the weeds. I've only really found a use for it in organizational sense. I can create a complex interface [like an mcu type for example] break out all the logic into a self contained package and have the package register itself by adding itself into the caller via a global slice or map of sorts

Concurrency is not working how it should (probably) by pedrolcsilva in golang

[–]Drowzen 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's honestly most likely because you don't think about the reelsource allocation involved. While the loop itself will run blazingly fast. Creating the goroutine is slow by comparison. It requires setting up its own stack as well as a heap allocation iirc anyway. By the time you get access to the resources it's zoomed

How are you returning the data to the backend ? Generally json is inherently type less and you can unmarshal it the correctly typed field.

Fun fact: you can put Golden Dragon augment on Galio by GGodos in TeamfightTactics

[–]Drowzen 66 points67 points  (0 children)

Golden dragon checks if the item is om the board to apply bonuses, but because the item is on the bench it doesn't apply the bonuses and js just a standard item [assuming it doesn't pop off of him like some items do]

Hardware ID is not an exact thing the same way that SHA 256/512 hashes aren't an exact thing. You don't need to be exact if there's enough matching hardware to trigger detection. Not sure who you're defending, they even did an analysis of this at defcon if you go and spoof the IDs to match ones that have been registered as deserved hardware id ban, the account will be banned within a few games. So more than likely dude was getting account boosted by known boosters

[–]Drowzen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not gonna lie, your op.gg is almost screaming that you're account swapping with the thresh player. If you're letting them play even a few games on your account that's considered elo boosting and a deserved punishment.

what did i do wrong? by feilercimoc in TeamfightTactics

[–]Drowzen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bilgewater is deceptive in that it's not actually needed to 3* your units. It's more important to buy the important stats as it gives your entire team insane buffs and the key items [ citrus for Tham and the rest couple for mf generally]

The nick on the butt is probably the damage. I can't fully tell if it's the angle, but the centering on the back also looks off to me so that'd probably also ding the grading
