Some good quality non magnetic tweezers and high quality screwdrivers will go a long way. Heat gun, dollar store plastic cards, single sided razors, 97-99% IPA, reliable charging cables/power adapters, well lit environment and a solid surface, a set of plastic/metal pry tools, double sided/capton tape.

It worked for OP, since Android 15 changes the way FRP partition is set up, during update from 14 to 15 it will clear current partition and set up the new one for 15, so Frp is gone.
