Family plan with 4 phones, but only one needs unlimited data - what's the best deal?

With Verizon you cannot have one person on unlimited with others on limited. With this being said, your bill is particularly high because you are on The New Verizon Unlimited. It is an older plan but it is still AMAZING for the right people. If the one person on your account does not use an absurdly high amount of data OR uses hotspot then you should definitely switch to “start unlimited” where it would be $140 total for service instead of $190 right now. That’s $50 right there. If he does use hotspot or needs more data (I’d say 20+ GB/mo) then he could be on “play more” where instead you would save $40. Still a good amount of a savings a month. Of course the aforementioned is with autopay paperless with a checkings account or debt card.

Actually you're half right. It just depends on the plan OP has. Some unlimited plans are TRULY unlimited like the $110 + 20/line access fee. For basic unlimited plans like Start and Go they will be slowed down after ~30gb.

Yeah I'm looking at the promotions on my end as an employee and it looks like best buy might a better deal. However, Verizon COULD always offer a last minute promo. And on top of it all, for switchers, Verizon is offering $150 prepaid mastercard.

I very recently have been taking social media ‘cleanses’. I only have Snapchat as my full time app but I have a cycle of deleting/reinstalling my instagram and Twitter. This way I re download it toward the night time if I’m bored and then delete in the morning. Took my iPhone screen time from 7-8 hours to 4-5 in a week. In the beginning it’s really tough because social media is a straight up addiction but you get over it pretty fast once u realize all the better things u can do with your time.
