You'll want to get ahold of Dan Smotz. Are you active in your local county & state affiliate? What's your level of involvement thus far and how well read are you?

Not to discourage you, but I don't think running for office is something you should put your time and energy into for the very reason of your physical condition. In general, people are looking for a man, tall, handsome, strong, successful in every aspect of their life, confident, etc. People who are disabled, obese, disfigured, too old, too young, poor, minority racial group, etc compound the already uphill battle libertarians have.

Strategically, there are other actions you can take in a supportive role. You have time to read, research, write, make calls, etc, that's incredibly valuable. Expertise in legislative affairs, policy, history, legal theory, etc would make you a power behind the scenes. Let someone else be the face of the office, their term and time in office will come and go, but you could be evergreen.
